The most important airlines and airports

From the main European capitals there are many airlines with routes to this country, both to Split or Dubrovnik directly.

The airlines that operate flights to the Adriatic Pearl are, for example, the low cost Easyjet, Iberia or Air Nostrum. Also Vueling offers flights from Barcelona or Madrid, with 3 flights each week.

Some other companies that operate flights are Air France, Aeroflot, Alitalia, LOT, British Airways, the low cost Wizz Air, Air Lingus or the most popular low cost, Ryanair.

Talking about airports, Croatia owns a marvellous net of first class airports that receives flights from all over Europe.

Zagreb or Pleso Airport is the most important one. It is situated 10 km far from the city center and is well connected with the capital by buses or taxis. In its installations we can find also the car rental service, very useful to project some tourism through all the country in the most comfortable way and with very low prices.

Dubrovnik airport or Clipi is situated 20 kms far from the urban center and, the same way of the Zagreb one, it offers so many services. With the Split one, here are the three most important of Croatia.

The Split Airport is 15 kms away from the center.

Other airports, although not as important as the above mentioned, have good conections by bus and are also a good choice to travel to the most important and touristic cities in Croacia. We are talking about the Rijeka, Pula and Zadar.
