Basic

This standard package is free and includes:

  • Service fee for changes and cancellations of € 50 ( or the equivalent in your local currency) (the airline may also still charge a fee depending the conditions of the purchased fare).
  • Priority assistance:no priority ( by phone or email, check My Trips).
  • Money refund: usual period of time.

Extended

With the extended service package you can benefit from the following advantages:

  • Service fee for changes and cancellations:free (no service fee in case of change/cancellation. The airline may also still charge a fee depending the conditions of the purchased fare).
  • Priority assistance: medium priority ( through an exclusive telephone number or a reply within 24 hours trough My Trips).
  • Money refund: usual period of time.

Full

With our full service package you will receive the best service:

  • Service fee for changes and cancellations: free (no service fee in case of change/cancellation. The airline may also still charge a fee depending the conditions of the purchased fare).
  • Priority assistance: maximum priority ( maximum priority on the phone service through an exclusive phone number or a reply within 12 hours throughout My Trips)
  • Money refund: refunds managed within a maximum of 3 working days.
